system introduction
System composition: HAC-WE8 low-power wireless meter reading module, HAC-GWE-P2 low-power wireless NB collector, HAC-RHU-W handheld, HAC-WE8 meter reading application platform.
· The HAC-WE8 low-power wireless meter reading module actively sends meter data once a day, and can be woken up by the wireless NB collector and RHU handheld in real time for valve control, point reading and setting.
· The HAC-GWE-P2 low-power wireless NB collector uses a one-time lithium battery, and does not require solar energy and external power supply. It is small in size, easy to install, simple to maintain, easy to expand, and flexible to deploy. -20°C.
· HAC-RHU-W handheld is used to supplement meter reading, parameter setting of field meter terminal and collector.
· HAC-WE8 meter reading application platform can be deployed in the cloud, and the application platform has rich functions. Provide dynamic data link library to facilitate customer development.
Key technology
The system adopts HAC's own RF chip and HAC international patented wake-up method, which can realize two-way mutual wake-up between the meter and the collector. The wireless collector can accurately wake up the specified wireless terminal and read the meter and control the valve in real time. When the meter terminal actively reports the number of uplinks every day, it will wake up the collector wirelessly to ensure that the collector usually works in a low power consumption state. The collector regularly sends uplink heartbeat packets and receives platform data commands to achieve relatively real-time NB-IoT communication. The chip's proprietary coding algorithm ensures the safety and reliability of the system.
Features
· Line-of-sight communication distance with the meter reading module: >1km
· Adopt low-cost collectors to properly solve the problem of communication dead ends.
· Fixed-point wake-up technology, the collector will wake up the designated terminal without affecting the power consumption of other nodes.
· The meter can wake up the collector to report data, and the collector usually sleeps to ensure that it works in a low-power mode.
· The collector adopts the HAC patent wake-up algorithm to wake up the terminal meter in real time and perform control valve reading.
· The HAC-GWE can be upgraded wirelessly through the handheld RHU.
· A whitelist can be set to limit the amount of data forwarded and reported by the collector.
· The built-in antenna is used by default, and an external antenna can be customized.
· Use ER34615 one-time lithium battery, no need for mains and solar power supply (can also support mains power supply).
Collector shell options
1) The P1 collector can hold up to 6 ER34615 batteries.
2) P2-type collector can hold up to 3 ER34615 batteries.
